Greg Golub is the founder of HSA Living and a long-time believer in consumer-driven health programs. He was motivated to start HSA Living because he believes individuals do not receive the guidance and mentorship, commonly given to group insurance customers, which are necessary to take advantage of recent healthcare trends. Prior to starting HSA Living, Greg founded Sequoia Benefits, LLC where he serves as the Company President. Sequoia Benefits is an employee benefits brokerage firm that specializes in the design, implementation, communication and management of benefits programs for mid-size businesses. Prior to starting Sequoia Benefits, Greg served as Vice President of International ProInsurance Services, also in Menlo Park, CA. Greg started his career in employee benefits in 1992 at American Insurance & Investments and then joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network where he was one of the company´s top salespeople in the United States.
Greg is a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Economics. He holds the designation of Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) from the American College of Insurance. Greg currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Golub Group, an investment management firm in San Mateo, CA.

David Lawrence is Vice President, Strategic Partnerships for HSA Living. As Vice President, David´s primary focus is developing partnerships with leading financial institutions, associations, and corporations. David has 22 years of management and sales experience within investment, insurance, bank and credit unions, most recently as Executive Director, in charge of strategic partnership development for ShareBuilder Securities. ShareBuilder´s Strategic Partnership group contributed 30% of the total revenue through 300 partnerships including top 10 banks, top 50 credit unions, major airlines, high tech corporations, and national retailers. Since ShareBuilder´s start-up in late 1999, David´s efforts helped take ShareBuilder from start-up to the 7th largest investment corporation. Previous to ShareBuilder, David was President of Advantage Resources, a subsidiary of KeyPoint Credit Union, formerly the American Electronics Association Credit Union. Under his leadership Advantage Resources was recognized by the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO) as the 1999 CUSO of the year.

Michele leads brand strategy and marketing communications for HSA Living. In addition to his role at HSA Living, he is the Director of Branding for BMC Software, a large global IT Systems Management software company, as well as the Executive Creative Director for Davanti, a brand management consulting group in Silicon Valley.
Michele has been in marketing and branding in the high-tech sector for over ten years. Prior to his current roles, he was in Marketing and Communications with Remedy Corporation, Peregrine Systems, Extricity, and Accenture. Michele holds a B.F.A in Painting and Sculpture from the University of Southern California and studied Economics at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Stephan is an active member of the HSA Living Advisory Board and is Vice President of ShareBuilder Corporation and General Manager of their Small Business Group. Stephan also serves as Vice President of Business Development for ShareBuilder, creating and launching new distribution partnerships and product concepts.
Stephan has more than 15 years experience driving growth strategies as well as major marketing and business development initiatives for high-profile companies. Before joining ShareBuilder in 2004, Stephan was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, Inc., a global strategic management consulting firm. Prior to Bain & Company, he worked in brand management for Church & Dwight Company, Inc on their Arm & Hammer Baking Soda brands. In 1991, Stephan began his career at Procter & Gamble, working as a brand assistant on Folgers Coffee in Cincinnati.
Stephan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in English literature from Princeton University and a Master´s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

John is a seasoned veteran of the insurance business with over 40 years experience in the industry. He is a strategic contributor to the HSA Living Advisory Board.
John has served as President of three insurance brokerage firms during his career including: Brown & Brown of Washington from 2001 to 2007, Raleigh, Schwartz & Powell from 1990 to 2001 where he also served as CEO, and Sedgewick of California from 1984 to 1989. From 1970 to 1989, John was Executive Vice President of Dinner Levison Company. John started his insurance career with Aetna Casualty in 1966. With his wide range of industry recognition and community service, John brings perspective and character to the HSA Living management team.
John holds a B.S. in History from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings School of Law. John also holds the designation of Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (an association for which he also served as President and by which he was recognized as Insurance Professional of the Year) as well as the Associate in Risk Management designation. John serves as a director for numerous community organizations including the American Leadership Forum and Tacoma Art Museum and is Chairman of the Board of MultiCare Health System.
